Delicious chicken shio ramen! Love how light but favourful the broth is. Makes you want to drink more.

About 7-8 minutes on foot from Keihan Korien Station. There is a shop in a little alleyway. It was a very stylish interior with a stylish atmosphere. This time, I had chicken salt ramen and chashu rice bowl. At lunch time, you can add a bowl of rice to your favorite ramen for an additional 250 yen. Although it is salt ramen, it has a rich taste and uses whole wheat noodles, so it was a ramen that goes down the throat. The char siu rice bowl was also delicious with a sweet and spicy seasoning. One more thing to look forward to when going in this direction!

I revisited. I have asked many times, but I received a limited-time chilled ramen. It was a very Japanese-style cold ramen with a strong bonito broth and plums and shiso leaves. The scent of sudachi is also refreshing. However, there is not much scent of wheat like warm noodles, and the waist is strong. It's not that it's not delicious, but even if it's hot, I end up wanting the usual chicken salt. ————————————————————— I revisited. I had the chicken salt ramen and the char siu rice bowl. Ramen was delicious as always. It was the first time I had a char siu bowl, but thanks to the bonito flakes and sauce, it was really delicious with a sense of unity. Char siu rice bowls are a common menu item at ramen shops, but most of them just cut it and put it on top, but at this shop, I felt that it was completed as one dish. ————————————————————— I revisited. I had mixed soba and dragon egg over rice. Mazesoba was sticky with thick noodles. After all, the noodles in this restaurant are delicious. The texture of purple onions and zucchini is the best. It was a taste that felt a little elegant even though it was heavy. By the time I finished the rice, the juice was completely gone, and when I added rice, it became slightly colored. I made a mistake with the dragon's egg-cooked rice, and I lost a little taste to the mixed soba. (In terms of ordering rice even though there is chasing rice...) However, the eggs were still rich and delicious. I wonder if I'll eat it with salt ramen next time. ————————————————————— It was so delicious that I went there two days in a row. The chicken salt ramen was delicious with a clear soup and a light yet umami flavor. The best to finish drinking. The Chinese soba has a dark color, but the chicken and seafood soup was effective, and it was delicious. I don't usually drink up the soup, but here I almost drink it all up. I never thought the day would come when I could eat such delicious ramen in Neyagawa!
