More Comments at Google MapI think it's probably been 20 years, but it's delicious. Like the Mokkosu Sohonten in Okurayama, Kobe, the taste is different depending on the person who eats it. I don't know, but I think it's a blissful taste for those who can't stand it. The soup has a slimy texture that seems to be made from pork bones, and is mild and low in salt. And the sensitivity of the tongue catches up with the soup that does not rely on chemical seasonings, and finally it turns into a pleasant sensation. The char siu is sliced to perfect thickness and is tender, but the balance between fat and meat is good, and it's not soggy and delicious. The thin bean sprouts are also good because they are delicate. Good ramen!
I received a large bowl of noodles. There are various reviews, but rather than saying that they are good or bad, I think that each person's taste in ramen is different. I've been coming here for almost 30 years, and the traditional taste hasn't changed. It's the best for me. I feel safe enough to go there once in a while.
I've been in business for nearly 30 years. I used to go there often when it opened because it was close to my workplace. There was also an izakaya, a sushi restaurant, a yakitori restaurant, a steak house, and an udon restaurant, but none of them were great, so I only went to Ramen Tomo. That's what it is. At that time, when I ordered rice, it came with kimchi, but it was gone, but it was still delicious ramen.
