It is a shop that I personally like very much, influenced by the shopkeeper's "feelings". It is a relatively simple soup where you can enjoy the umami of the ingredients, but the ingredients are all domestically produced. Starting with tantanmen, curry ramen, tsukemen and seasonal carbonara ramen, the menu is very rich. The owner used to own multiple stores such as a seafood izakaya in the past, and the current ramen shop was started by a regular customer, and it seems that he has realized this rich menu by making use of his past experience. In addition, I feel that the strong desire to provide products that are good for the customer's body drives the sticking to domestic ingredients and the old body that is ready to retire. Will visit regularly until the owner retires!

When I went to Ibaraki for the first time for work, I came across a wonderful ramen. I got the shijimi ramen in the picture, and it was very delicious. It is a unique raw noodle that you can tell the moment you put it in your mouth, in a gentle and nutritious soup made with ingredients that are good for your body. He explained that the soup is made from these ingredients (please refer to the photo). In addition, it was said that raw noodles are only eaten the day before. The husband is extremely enthusiastic about research, and his passion also impresses me. I think it's hard to manage alone, but I wanted this shop to continue forever. After returning from a business trip, I talked to my wife about it, and now I'm excited to go out to eat with my family.

I got the chashu noodles. Four slices of thickly-sliced pound cake-like homemade char siu with rich umami, lightly grilled. There is gentle seafood and soy sauce soup stock, and wheat-scented curly noodles. The trefoil leaves add color, and the sourness of the citrus fruits rounds out the aftertaste. . . The General's personality is also good, and I became a fan of the shop.
