More Comments at Google MapPerhaps because I've gotten older, I don't like pork bones with a lot of back fat, so I don't go out to eat ramen anymore, but I was intrigued by the white signboard and simple name of this restaurant, so I decided to give it a try. I was there. If you buy a meal ticket at the entrance, the staff will guide you to your seat. Water was brought in a cold stainless steel glass. In this heat, I am thankful for this coldness. I ordered chicken white soup noodles and my husband ordered Hokkaido shrimp miso ramen. The chicken paitan soup is thick and sticky like pasta, and the noodles have just the right amount of saltiness. The green onions were crunchy and the texture was good. The chicken is fragrant, light and delicious. The lotus root has a hook, so it won't slip and get soaked in the soup. It's a small detail, but the tips of the chopsticks were also made with grooves to make them easier to eat. When I left the store, the staff came out to the front and saw me off. The store is clean and well-maintained. I felt it would be nice if there were a little more variety. P.S. On my second visit, my husband ordered the cold Setouchi lemon ramen. Apparently it was very delicious. If you show your shop card, you will receive 2 free fried chicken. It was freshly fried and delicious! Thank you for the meal. This time, I ordered Chinese noodles with dashi soup. Actually, I feel that seafood soup stock has a strong taste, and I don't particularly like the aftertaste, but I wonder what they have done to make the soup clear and beautiful. It has a very elegant taste and is delicious without being bitter. The skin of the gyoza is also crispy, which I like. Initially, I gave it 4 stars, but I will change it to 5 stars.
Chinese noodles with fragrant dashi soup and bukkomi rice (bonito). Dried sardines? The soup stock with shallot flavor is the best. As someone from Taiwan, the taste felt somewhat nostalgic. The thick, melty roasted pork fillet will whet your appetite. Finally, let the bukkomi rice dive, You can enjoy the best finishing dish. The taste here is I can see that it is carefully made. It has an artistic taste. Will visit again. *The portion is not very large, so if you are a big eater, it may not be enough. Also, because it is carefully made, It comes out a little slow, so It may not be suitable for people in a hurry.
The staff was very attentive. I like that they send me off with a smile! I had the chicken paitan, and it was rich and greasy, but I liked that the chashu was made with chicken and was refreshing. Adding vinegar from the table makes it even more delicious! With the fried chicken rice set, I soaked the fried chicken in the vinegared leftover soup and ate it with rice. It's the best! I'd like to try the other flavors and gyoza next time.
