More Comments at Google MapI don't know why it has so many low ratings, but it's really delicious. I had chicken soba with salt and special toppings. The salty taste of the soup is a little strong, but when you eat it with the noodles, yuzu, green onions, chashu pork, and boiled eggs, you will find that it has a wonderful balance. (I ended up drinking it all) The three types of char siu, including the additional toppings, were all good! It goes really well with soup. Personally, I could have done without the wontons, but the chicken soba salt and toppings would be the best answer. I came here after 12 o'clock on a weekday and only about half of the seats were occupied, so I guess it's not well known yet. it's recommended.
Simple and delicious. The chicken instead of chashu is tender and goes well with the soup. Also, yuzu? The taste was just right and I could eat it without getting bored. Most of all, I was surprised that the water came in a bottle lol I think the atmosphere inside the store is clean and nice.
Both ramen and tsukemen come in salt and soy sauce flavors, and both are of a high standard. However, Ibaraki is a competitive area for ramen restaurants of the same type, such as Ikkei, Uroko, and Ichimuan. Ramen's superiority is slightly diminished. On the other hand, when it comes to tsukemen, Kinsei only offers flat noodles, and there aren't many other places that offer thick noodles like this one. If you come here, be sure to try the Tsukemen. postscript I was able to split the soup. Up until now, I couldn't ask because I was embarrassed when I couldn't do it, but it was okay. It was delicious.
