Gentle flavored soy sauce pork noodles. It doesn't pack a punch, but it's delicious enough that you won't get tired of it. Another feature of this restaurant is the tender chashu pork shoulder without any unnecessary seasoning. I've only been eating soy sauce for a long time, and today I had red flavor for the first time! The flow is the same as soy sauce. Such a gentle soup that you won't be able to stop using your chopsticks as you eat more and more. It's a little different from being salty and getting bored halfway through👍 There may be some people who are unsatisfied with it... but this is just right. Thank you for the meal. ps. A long-established store located at JR Ibaraki Station has been revived here✨ Homemade noodles that are as delicious as ever, four types of soup, hearty grilled pork, and a cozy atmosphere in a small restaurant are something you won't find at other restaurants. All of the soups are delicious without being overly salty, and the taste of fresh chives and mustard is delicious! It's frustrating that I can't come to the store because I'm far away...I'm grateful that I can now look forward to returning home✨ The store is generally closed on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays, but there is a notice posted at the store's entrance on the opening date, so it's a good idea to check before visiting.

I've been a regular since it opened at JR Ibaraki. Still delicious! ! All the ramen is delicious so I order a different one every time. The homemade, handmade noodles are unique and delicious and can only be tasted here! It has an old-fashioned, refreshing and gentle taste. It becomes addictive✨ I've been going to Korai for 20 years, and thank you for always providing the same taste ☺
