Takatsuki, Osaka, Japan｜Ramen Yokozuna Takatsuki

Yokozuna-san has been in 171 for a long time. I visited around 3pm, outside of lunch time. It may have been a coincidence, but when I entered and left the store, a staff member opened the door to greet me and see me off. I had never been treated with such hospitality at a ramen shop, so I felt a bit embarrassed, but I was very happy. Needless to say, the simple ramen is delicious, but I was recommending the Mazesoba, so I chose this one. When you eat Mazesoba, it usually comes with a small side of rice, but Yokozuna-san says that you can choose between large, medium and small rice. I'm also happy about this. However, I felt that the noodles of the mazesoba were a little thin. Of course, it's thicker than regular ramen, so I guess that's a good thing. Overall, it was a pretty good cup. I would like to see it become a regular menu item if possible.

I love green onions, so if they come out, I'll probably eat them all by myself. However, if you add green onions, the temperature will drop, so be careful!
