When I was walking near Hankyu Takatsukishi Station, I found a line ❗️ When I saw the signboard, I saw that it was Iekei Ramen, so I went in without any hesitation. (Maybe because I was alone) The counter is close to the person next to you, but there's a space for one person with a tissue box, pitcher, and everything else, so it's perfect 😉👌 (Very suitable for soloists, but there are not many counter seats) ⭐️Order a large bowl of salty ramen⭐️ (Since it was my first time seeing it, I chose regular ramen.) Noodles are hard, oil is normal, flavor is adjusted to be strong. I happened to enter the store at the same time as other people, and when I was listening to other people's orders, I saw a lot of people ordering 631 ramen 🤔 (both young and middle-aged people). The thing that surprised me the most about this restaurant was the rice bar (large jars were placed all over the place) and you could have as many refills of rice as you like🤣 Is that why there are so many young people? That's what I thought when I started eating the ramen, and the taste was so strong that it was even better than other Iekei ramen😋 (If there is one in Tokushima, it will definitely be a repeat store) It was a bit salty because I had a strong flavor, but it might have been just right if it was normal (I'm not complaining). The staff and customers look at each other carefully and make you feel comfortable, escorting you from beginning to end. (Even though they were busy, almost all of them greeted customers politely as they left)

Pork bone-based soup with a choice of soy sauce, salt, or miso (for a limited time only).
