Best ramen shop around this area. Very impressive fried rice and ramen noodle

The meat is delicious though. The friend who brought me was a char siu fan, but I guess I'm a char siu fan. Although it was pork bone, it was neither rich nor unsatisfactory, and it was light but full-bodied. The crunchiness of the noodles also goes well with it. Thanks to my friend who took me to Takatsuki for the first time.

Takatsuki is a battleground for ramen. There are good shio ramen shops, but Sakurazaka's shio ramen is a little different. The clear feeling may feel thin at first if you like a strong feeling, but when you drink the soup at the end, you will understand the goodness of this soup. Mr. Sakurazaka's char siu is delicious. It's irresistible for rose lovers, but it's heavy for lean people. The fried rice bowl is recommended as a side dish. Char siu is fried in olive oil and seasoned with sweet and sour sauce. The pork rice bowl with lots of char siu is also recommended. Within walking distance from Hankyu Takatsuki City. There is no parking lot at the shop, but there are many coin parking lots in the surrounding area. June 2023. I got cold noodles for summer only. Recommended. The slightly sour sesame sauce is refreshing. The ingredients are carefully prepared, and the fried eggplant feels good. Char siu is cold noodles, so it's a little leaner and this is also good.
