Hirakata, Osaka, Japan｜二代目 麺屋 kawakami

It's about a 5-minute walk from Hirakatashi Station. It's in front of the Hirakata fire station. I went for lunch around 1:30pm on a weekday. I had the salty chicken ramen and the sweet and spicy chashu rice bowl. The chicken salt ramen was light but had a strong flavor and taste, and the soup went perfectly with the noodles, making it very delicious. It feels like they put a lot of care into the char siu, which is a nice touch. The char siu rice bowl was also very delicious with the sauce working well. Apparently they have chilled ramen in the summer, so I'd like to try it. I will go again!

I started going on a ramen trip this year and haven't had that kind of food yet, but the chicken salt ramen here is so delicious. It was a restaurant where the soup was so delicious that I wanted to come back again after the first bite. The char siu bowl has slightly grilled char siu, so the smoky aroma fills your nose and you can't stop eating it. If you come to Hirakata, please try it once.

I had chicken salt ramen with extra meat (medium). The chicken stock is the base, and the taste was stronger than it looked. I like rare char siu, so I thought it might be a good idea to add meat (large) next time. It was very delicious. The store was clean and the customer service was good. There is no parking lot, but there was a bicycle parking lot. Next time I will go to eat mixed soba.
