The perfect place if you like gyokai ramen, fish based bouillon ramen ! Small restaurant where you can see the cooks prepare everything, and how delicately they arrange the noodles in the bowls. I would definitely recommend !

Kinsei is located in the ramen hotspot and has a good reputation. Nowadays, there are many branches and affiliated stores, but it seems that this one started in Takatsuki☆ I visited before 1pm on a weekday. There were about 9 seats at the counter, so I was able to enter without waiting. For basic menus such as the best soy sauce, carefully selected salt, and aji aji. There were mixed soba noodles available for a limited time only. There are combination menus such as basic ramen, chashu, and flavored eggs. In addition, there were rice dishes (grilled pork bowl, rare pork bowl, fried rice) and fried chicken. ■ Extreme soy sauce with flavored eggs (970 yen) I also wanted to eat rice, so I ordered half a bowl of noodles. (Same price) It has a refreshing soy sauce flavor and the soup stock is clear. Yes, this is delicious☆ It's topped with chashu, menma, and naru, and the flavored egg is just the right amount of softness to my liking! ■ Rare pork bowl (+330 yen for ramen) Onion sauce is poured over low-temperature roast pork roast. The shop is clean and the seats are spacious and comfortable. The staff at the store are also kind and prompt! It was delicious.

Sunday night around 8pm The store was full and I waited for about 10 minutes. It was light and delicious. I think it's easy for women to eat too. I was very grateful that I could use credit cards and PayPay, which is rare among the many popular ramen shops in Takatsuki!
