More Comments at Google MapThis was the best chashu on ramen I've EVER had. 100% うまーい !! Its so buttery and melts in your mouth, and is perfectly smokey. Place is small and super chill inside. 10/10 😁
This is a delicious ramen restaurant with seafood soup stock located between Hankyu Takatsuki City Station and City Hall! The unusual name of the store seems to have been taken from the name of a song by a certain band (which I also like, by the way), of which the owner is a fan. As the sign says, ``Ramen made by a dashi sommelier,'' the rich scent of dashi wafts from the bowl♪ The dashi is not the usual gorigori (which I don't really like), but is based on kelp and bonito flakes. It has a gentle taste, yet has a strong statement (゚Д゚) Yummy You can choose salt, soy sauce, or miso, but I personally prefer salt. I feel that you can enjoy the flavor and depth of the soup stock the most. Salt is the most important seasoning after all. Both the tender chicken char siu cooked at a low temperature and the fragrant grilled pork char siu are both exquisite. The seasoned eggs are also a must-try. My standard is a special dish that includes everything with seaweed! At first glance, it looks like a cafe or bar, with a nice atmosphere. This is one of the stores you should definitely visit.
I got fed up with Hakkaisan and went to this store, which had no markings at all. Zero lines, that's wonderful. Order the special soy sauce and tsukedon, and the 100 yen tsukedon at lunch time is amazingly cheap! The taste is the same sour seafood soup that I have eaten anywhere. It's been happening a lot lately, and this flavor is delicious, so it's okay. The tsukedon is not the quality of 100 yen, but it is delicious. It looks like it would appear at the end of a yakitori restaurant. It was an unexpected hit.
