Visited on April 22, 2023. I received the special ramen with a large serving of green onions! I'm not saying it was a huge serving of bean sprouts, but there was a mountain of bean sprouts under the green onions! The soup stock here had a deeper flavor than the Kyoto Ramen Fuji. I'm a doctor-stopper, but I almost ended up aiming for complete soup. Thank you for the meal~m(_ _)m

It's not the trendy kotteri or back oil richness, but it's simply delicious. The store is clean, and the husband and partner are both active and pleasant.
