Used for lunch. It was located in a deserted shopping street next to Shimamotocho station. The entrance to the store is open-style with only a noren curtain. The cold drink served was jasmine tea. I appreciate the attention to detail. I wasn't expecting much due to the location of the restaurant, but the ramen was quite delicious. The quality of the chashu rice bowl was also better than expected.

I went to Menyada Monde, a chicken paitan ramen restaurant located in the Shimamoto Center under the Hankyu Railway overpass at Minase Station. Actually, I knew that a ramen shop had opened in my neighborhood, and I had passed by it many times, but the timing just wasn't right, so I had to excuse myself until now. Pass through the noren and enter the store. There are 8 seats at a U-shaped counter that surrounds the clean kitchen. The seats are wide and deep. Lenke and chopsticks are set and tissues are also provided. I ordered the special thick chicken paitan ramen with soy sauce and rice. After waiting for a while while watching the young owner make ramen, the ramen arrived. And the rice too. Pork shoulder loin and chicken breast chashu, boiled egg, onion slices, menma, and grilled seaweed. The soup is a slightly thick soy sauce with chicken broth. A sip of soup. It's neither heavy nor light, and to me it's a really nice soup. I think soy sauce goes well with the clear chicken stock. (Incidentally, it also has a salty taste.) The noodles are thin and the soup has a slightly thick texture, so the noodles were able to cling together and absorb all the flavor into the noodles. The pork shoulder loin and chicken breast are both made to make the char siu, which are finished to make the best use of their respective characteristics. I don't usually eat boiled eggs with ramen, but this boiled egg was delicious to my liking without being overly seasoned. The rice used was made under the supervision of Mr. Gihei Hachidaime, so each grain of rice was the same size and was perfectly cooked without any unevenness. I'm thinking of stopping by again. Next time I would like to try the char siu bowl. Thank you for the meal. thank you!
