I love making ramen 😊 I had Ramen Part 3 (Kinka ham and dried scallop soup) 😄 I don't remember eating Kinka ham ever since I can remember...I wanted to try it, and the founder of Tohanten... I was curious about the ramen, which is rumored to be served by the owner who loves fishing, so I decided to go on a run. From the looks of it, there are plenty of vegetables, especially the deep-fried okra, which is exquisitely delicious...I wanted to eat a lot of this😍There's plenty of boiled bok choy at the bottom, which makes me feel less guilty😁It's probably the braised pork chashu. However... it's fragrant, moist, and delicious, and the super-dark orange boiled egg will whet your appetite. The soup is green water and I can see the scallops, but I don't know why, but I wonder if this deliciousness is Kinka ham. The noodles were white, medium-thick, shiny and straight, with a slightly chewy texture that I thought went well with the green soup. I felt the salty taste was strong in the second half, but it was delicious and I drank it while drinking water 😅💦 The restaurant is small and has 5 seats. There are two free parking lots, and there is also a coin park if you walk a little. It was 12 noon on a cloudy Saturday, but I was able to get a seat without lining up. After that, there was no queue to enter the store, but it seemed like there was a constant flow of people coming and going. I think the prices are high compared to other places, but I feel like they use the right ingredients. The prices are one thing, but perhaps because the menu lineup is a little different from other places, there seem to be a lot of regulars and locals. . While I was eating, a person who appeared to be a regular customer came in and asked for ``Ako Ramen.'' The owner asked, ``How did you know it was the best?'' ``Tell me that first~😭.'' Even though I was thinking about it, I was satisfied with the delicious taste 😋 Thank you for the meal 🙏

Super delicious ramen made with high quality ingredients. Ramen number one, Kuroge Wagyu beef and Rausu kelp ramen. The clear soup is packed with flavor. The roasted beef chashu and the aromatic aroma permeate the soup. Ramen will be sad to see it disappear. Ranked #1 in my personal ramen ranking. Shark fin ramen 1800 yen. We use shark fin that is so fresh that it can be eaten as sashimi. A luxurious ramen with plenty of Kinka ham. People who complain about the high prices should not go there. A ramen shop that only people who understand the value of the ingredients should go to. In the near future, it should be selected by Tabelog 100 Famous Restaurants and Michelin.

I ordered ramen part 1. The thinly sliced, well-seasoned chashu pork and fried okra were all delicious, but the soup was by far the best! There are two and three standard items, and they all use high-quality seafood, so I wanted to try them out. Although the price is high, I was very satisfied with the taste because it is a taste that cannot be produced by a multi-store management. I think it's tough because the master is running the restaurant alone, but it's a restaurant I'd like to see continue.
