After exiting the ticket gate at Kusuha Station, go through the passage on the right and you will find it right away. Takei's tsukemen, which I hadn't eaten in a while, was delicious. Unlike the R1 store, I was able to get in right away without lining up. I'm also glad that we're open for business. I thought about making special tsukemen, but personally, I don't think eggs are necessary for ramen, so I ended up using regular ramen and toppings with extra meat and spicy minced meat. I like tsukemen noodles, so I thought I might not need more meat, but I'm not sure if it's just the char siu that comes with it by default. This time I ordered spicy minced meat for the first time, and it was a great choice. I ordered a large one, so it was a lot, and the taste was great even when I was feeling a little tired. If you like spicy food, please order it. Personally, I recommend that you don't add it from the beginning, but instead use it midway through to change the flavor, making it even more delicious. The texture of the minced meat worked well when I mixed it with soup. In addition, The soup stock is placed at your seat, so you can enjoy it whenever you like. I'm happy because I can add a little bit and adjust it when it gets too dark towards the end. If you have a counter where you can put your bag, there is a shelf above your head. Tissues are in the space under the counter. Once you have finished eating, you must return the tableware to the return slot.
Menya Takei is popular and there is always a long line at the Yahata store. However, since I was a little early, I was able to get in without lining up. This restaurant is famous for its Tsukemen. The super rich dipping sauce is full of green onions and yuzu ♡ Straight thick noodles go well with this sauce~❢ The dried sardines powder adds a mellow taste. I ordered a small one, but it was too much for my partner... At the end, add the dashi stock from the table to make it like soba-yu, and the refreshing scent of yuzu is delicious! Each shop has different toppings and ramen, so it might be fun to try them out. This restaurant had regular ramen on the menu. When the tsukemen gets warm, if you want it hot, just tell the staff and they'll make it piping hot for you. As someone like me who loves hot food, I was grateful for that consideration.
