The taste of Tenichi varies greatly depending on the store, but it was by far my favorite! This time, I made the noodles firmer like I always do, but if you have a soup this strong, I recommend making them medium or soft and letting them mix well with the soup! As expected, the Gojo Katsura store is famous as the best in Kyoto, and it was overwhelmingly dignified.

Gojo store is back! ! ! Previously, it was said that the taste varied, but I think it is stable. The self-checkout system is a little annoying, but if you ask the staff about things like parking tickets, they'll politely tell you, so it's helpful. The inside of the store is clean, and it's convenient to go right when you want to eat. I don't really recommend going on October 1st, Tenichi Day, as it's extremely crowded and you have to wait for over an hour. I think all stores in Kyoto Prefecture are in the same situation.
