I went there because I had won a free rice ticket on LINE. After adding eggs to the ramen and rice, I poured the ramen soup over the egg rice and had it as a luxurious ramen rice. I recently returned to Tokushima but had plans so I didn't eat much ramen, so I was very grateful for the ramen. I like this more than Wakayama ramen.

I've been to Ramen Tokyo University's main store and Dotonbori store. To put it bluntly, I didn't have good memories of customer service and hygiene, but both of these stores were thorough and excellent stores that I could use with peace of mind. In particular, the friendliness and energy of the staff were wonderful, and it felt good to watch and listen to them. When it comes to Tokushima ramen, I think people have different tastes. For people like me who have their own tastes, it's addictive and I think it tastes delicious. I ordered a large serving of fried rice for an additional 100 yen, and I was surprised at how much more volume I had expected. Even if I order the same size of fried rice at other ramen shops, I often feel like "Huh? Is it really increasing?"
