Best tsukemen I've ever had in my life. The medium was a good serving size (the large has an extra 100grams of noodles...). The queue was long but moved quickly. And the staff even help direct you to parking. Well managed, very comfortable. The noodles come out cold (purposely) so they don't over cook, but this makes the broth lukewarm towards the end of the meal (which was the only downside).

this location has very good ramen

《Special thin ramen》 The bowl is filled with chashu pork, seaweed, seasoned eggs, komatsuna, and chopped green onions, and the soup looks delicious with clear soy sauce. The light but rich tonkotsu-based animal soup has the aroma of bonito flakes, and the sourness and crisp saltiness of the soy sauce brings out the flavor of the soup. The noodles are thin, flat noodles that have a crisp texture and go down smoothly, and the wheat flavor blends well with the soup. The flavored eggs have half-cooked yolks and are well-seasoned, and three types of chashu are used: pork loin, pork belly, and chicken loin, all of which are plentiful in volume, but the chicken loin is especially meaty. It was filling and delicious. The restaurant is famous for its tsukemen, but its ramen is also delicious, and it's great that you can choose ``tsukemen'' when you want something rich, or ``ramen'' when you want something lighter, depending on your mood.
