After all it is delicious! Ayaka! A good shop that can be enjoyed with family and friends as a town Chinese food besides ramen ♪

You can eat ramen with a punch of garlic. There's plenty of Chinese cabbage. It might be an exaggeration to imagine that Jiro-style vegetables are better, but it takes longer to eat the Chinese cabbage than it looks. The noodles are normal thickness, not slippery and thin. If you write about plenty of Chinese cabbage, you might think it's a light dish, but that's not the case at all, and people who like strong, salty flavors will find it more suitable. I think people who like Gifu Tanmen will also like Ayaka Ramen. A large bowl of ramen has two balls, so it's quite filling. You can choose between grilled or fried gyoza, but from what I saw from the people around me, fried gyoza seems to be the most popular option. Personally, I recommend fried gyoza + white rice rather than fried rice as it has a strong flavor. Although it is a chain store, the customer service and hygiene seemed to be stable.

It was just like Nara Saikaramen and it was delicious. Other stores seem to have completely different flavors.
