More Comments at Google MapI heard that there was a restaurant in the gourmet town of Fukushima where you could enjoy recommended horse meat dishes and Hakata local cuisine, so I came here. The restaurant, located 4.5 minutes walk from JR Fukushima Station, has tables and counters on the first floor, and table seats on the second floor depending on the number of people. It is also possible to rent out a completely private room. When I asked about it, I was told that if you check in advance on weekdays, you can reserve it for up to 4 people, which is great for entertaining. This time, I came to the store after making a reservation for the 7,150 yen course that includes all-you-can-drink. Appetizers include 4 types of Kyushu side dishes, 4 different daily items such as mustard lotus root and fried fish cakes. As an appetizer, you can see the care put into each and every item. Anyway, it was delicious, and I was so satisfied that I wondered how many glasses of alcohol I could drink just from the appetizers alone. The next thing that came out was the Caesar salad, which is often served with salads, but with a twist: it included Nagasaki Unzen ham. You can also drink alcohol with your salad. Next was the horse sashimi that I was looking forward to! What I thought was good about this place was that it had 5 types of recommended cuts of the day. Even if you order the same course, you can enjoy it every time. And the employees will give you detailed explanations. After all, horse sashimi from a specialty store is on a different level than anything I've ever eaten before... After all, this is the only horse sashimi from a genuine specialty store... A highball of Kagoshima potato shochu and Daime with horse sashimi as an accompaniment. A new sensation with a lychee-like flavor! very delicious! Honestly, it's addictive. The next thing that came out was grilled horse meat. This was actually my first time eating grilled horse meat, and my honest opinion is that it's more delicious than beef, pork, or chicken. The seasoning and grilling are exquisite and this is delicious! ! And here I unexpectedly had a bowl of horsemeat yukhoe and sujiko to rest my chopsticks. I don't say much. The appearance and taste would create quite a buzz and become popular if served as a single item. Quite delicious! I was surprised at how exquisite this was. Each dish is voluminous, and when you're pretty satisfied, try the Sakura meat shabu-shabu with the chin soup stock. My first experience with horse meat shabu-shabu! You can eat it with dashi soup or ponzu sauce as you like. You just need to quickly dip the meat into the stock, and the stock goes well with the horse meat, making it delicious! ! You can add Shimabara somen noodles to the pot to make noodles. You can eat deliciously even if you are full. And the dessert was Okinawa Blue Seal ice cream. What I thought was that I could feel the care put into each and every item, and I was very satisfied with both the taste and the volume. This time I ordered the all-you-can-drink option, but what surprised me was the wide variety of local sake and shochu available. They have twice as many types as are on the menu. That's what I mean. I've been to many different stores, but I think this is probably the one with the most variety of items I've ever been to. If you ask the staff what brand you want to drink that isn't on the menu, they might have it! ! The a la carte menu also has a wide selection of Kyushu local cuisine and horse meat dishes, so I would like to try the a la carte restaurant next time. It's been a long time since I last went to a restaurant that I was very satisfied with, so I ended up writing a long post! ! I think there are many people who don't like horse meat because it has no taste and is good for beauty and health, but KURAMA's I would like you to try the horse meat dishes. Thank you for the meal.
Basashi was the best! It was delicious! ! ! I had a lot of Japanese sake and enjoyed it! I would love to hear from you again!
