We loved this place so much we went back every night we were in Osaka. It's close to the Tsukamoto station so easy to get to. Although there isn't an English menu they welcomed us into the restaurant and were extremely friendly and helpful. Our favourite dish was the katsu. The food is delicious but you also come here for the atmosphere, if you want to eat like a local I highly recommend coming here for a bite!

This is an izakaya serving morning chicken. Fresh chicken sashimi, black roasted minced meat, and flavorful meatballs. All of them were wonderfully delicious. Also, the store clerk is very friendly and comfortable. I love that you can add wasabi, ginger, and garlic to your sashimi. Also, since I used soy sauce from Kyushu, the sweet soy sauce went well with ginger and garlic, and it was delicious. Another strange thing was the 100% buckwheat noodles on display, and I ate it while thinking that it might be frozen or dried noodles, but the chewy texture and the soba flavor were pleasant, and in a good way, it was a taste that betrayed my expectations. was. One drawback is that smoking is allowed because it is an izakaya. It's a little disappointing, but it can't be helped. I hope that by the 2025 Expo it will be completely non-smoking. Fortunately, there were no smokers among the soba customers this time, so the food was delicious. For those who are not good at smoking, it seems that the taste is considerably influenced by whether there are smokers. All the dishes are delicious and reasonably priced. It seems like they started offering all-you-can-drink service, so it's 1,500 yen for an hour and a half, which is a great deal. There were seats with horigotatsu seats, and there were some customers with children. It's open until late on irregular holidays, so it's a great place for drinkers.
