Osaka, Japan｜酒と肴と旨いもん 笑緒一 （わっしょい）

For this Fukushima drinking party, I wanted to go to a restaurant I had never been to before, so I searched on Tabelog and found this restaurant. The sashimi was beautifully arranged, and the atmosphere looked good, so I made a reservation about 3 weeks in advance and visited. The store is located about 8 minutes walk north from Fukushima Station. I thought it was on the first floor, so when I arrived in front of the store, I couldn't find it right away. When I looked closely, I found a sign that said the store was on the second floor. There was an entrance door on the left immediately after climbing a somewhat dubious staircase that looked like an emergency staircase. When you open the door and step inside, you'll find yourself in a Western-style and stylish space that's far from what you'd imagine.It's more like a place for a date or a girls' night out than a bar where old men come to drink, which is unusual for Fukushima. It was a pretty clean shop. The main dish was fish, but there were various other dishes as well, but for the time being, I ordered an assortment of 5 kinds of ate and an assortment of prepared dishes for the number of people. The four of us ordered one ate platter, but it was delicious and we ate it so quickly that it might have been better for two people to have one! ? The sashimi platter was an assortment of 10 types, and the grilled Spanish mackerel and striped horse mackerel were especially delicious. The famous mackerel sushi and meat nigiri sushi looked and tasted great. The mentaiko dashi rolls were also juicy and good. The food was delicious and it looked good, but there weren't many types of alcohol, so I felt it was more suited for girls' parties or dates than for old men's drinking parties. However, the staff were all kind and I enjoyed my meal. It was a very nice restaurant and food. It was a feast.

I came across this restaurant after searching for a birthday party for a friend who loves white rice. Even though it's in Fukushima, the price of each item is low! And delicious! I love mackerel sushi and eat it often, but this restaurant doesn't use shime mackerel, it uses grilled mackerel, which is soft! It's exquisite. I found a good shop.

This mackerel sushi was very delicious. There was a nice amount of lean meat that wasn't soaked in vinegar too much, and the fragrant searing was also very good. The Umaki was delicious and I ate it up.
