Apparently, the kakiage with a little bit of oden stock is a signature dish that was created based on a customer's request. After field research in Osaka, we had lunch at Jusoya. However, the atmosphere inside the restaurant is not only a normal izakaya bar, but also the customers are drinking normally, so you start to lose track of time. It feels like it's around 8pm. I am impressed by each and every item that offers great value for money. The kimchi is a mix of Chinese cabbage, radish, cucumber, and carrot, and has an excellent taste. The juicy sardines and fat in the sardine tempura will also impress. Kakiage is mixed with oden dashi to create a deep-fried flavor. In Kagawa, it looks like kakiage udon without the udon. At the end, I ordered a glass of nigori sake, which is only available in winter, and it was very satisfying. I don't know anything about the brand, but that's fine. bliss.

Everything is delicious every time. The delivery is quick and I can see that the work is done with great care. All the staff are wonderful too. In my opinion, it is the pinnacle of public bars.
