Osaka, Japan｜Nishinari-nidaime Nishikawaya America-Mura

My husband and I traveled to Osaka three years ago. After a long late flight, we arrived our Airbnb and it was 3am in the morning. We were too starving and exhausted, so we just randomly chose a local restaurant which we didn’t even pay attention the name of this restaurant. However, we were both so surprised by their food, especially the ochazuke! The soup base is very unique. This is the best one that I have ever had in the journey. We had a very cozy night snack time. In these three years, the taste of the food drives me to search the address of the restaurant occasionally. Even though I took a picture there and my iPhone has located the restaurant, I have never succeeded because I don’t understand Japanese and there are so many restaurants. Today I made up my mind, and I finally found it after an hour searching. Hope this restaurant can survive from the COVID-19. We will definitely come back!

It’s great, I like this kind of izakaya the most. After a day’s walking in Osaka, I was surprised to find that there is a Chinese menu, and the owner is very enthusiastic.

One for the best value and with great taste, kushikatsu places in Osaka. The drinks range is not expansive but I go there to eat :)
