A shabu-shabu restaurant that uses lamb directly shipped from Hokkaido. We offer delicious shabu-shabu under the guidance of a restaurant with the same name in Sendai. And the course for one person is 1980 yen and the price is reasonable. It's a good deal because it also comes with ramen and dessert. My personal favorite is lettuce. Originally, lamb has little smell and does not lean on the stomach, but you can eat lettuce shabu-shabu at the same time, so your mouth and stomach will feel refreshed. There are only 4 tables in the store, so it's better to make a reservation!

I had all-you-can-eat shabu-shabu. Since the store manager was working alone, I often had to wait for a while after ordering, but I didn't mind at all because of the attention to detail. The meat was delicious, and I personally liked the haskap sour.
