A hidden gem in Minoh! The have a legit wood fired clay-looking oven. The building they are in looks very Japanese so you might mistake it for a soba restaurant, but it is infact an Italian restaurant. I had a cream pasta with local vagetables. Delicious! Also, when I went, the staff was very accommodating. When we couldn't read the handwritten menu, our waiter read it out loud for us.

Absolutely delicious from start to finish! The restaurant is located behind a newspaper delivery business and is very easy to miss. The atmosphere is very traditionally Japanese while the food is a great combination of Italian and Japanese. We recommend making a reservation if you want to go during a busier time but it is not necessary outside of dinner hours.

I love this place! A little hard to find it is always worth the effort! Great pizza from a real brick oven and great beer from the local Minoh brewery along with fresh vegetables and a decent price, it is a place I will be returning to, hopefully on a fairly regular basis.
