I heard from a friend that the kushikatsu here is very delicious and brought me here. I love kushikatsu, so I ordered the omakase course. With a system that will serve you until you ask me to stop, I also grasped the pace of eating here and served it. The batter is fine and crispy, and the oil drains well, so I didn't feel heavy on my stomach, so I ate more and more... Lol The skewers with shrimp wrapped in shiso and the skewers with minced shiitake mushrooms are delicious and delicious enough to make you want to eat more. Even children who don't like shiitake mushrooms can eat this. Skewers with a combination of meat and cheese and sea urchin kombu kelp were perfect for those who drink alcohol and were popular with women. If you eat octopus elsewhere, the oil is not drained well, and there are many shops that say "U". This is also delicious. The tongue stew kushikatsu is soft and has a rich stew taste, and when I asked the store, it was boiled at the store and it was so exquisite that I wanted to eat it over rice. You can feel that all the skewers are carefully prepared one by one, not just cut and fried as they are. It seems that the kushikatsu that comes out depends on the season, but my friend who hates tomatoes raves about how delicious the tomato kushikatsu here is, and he says he can eat even ingredients he doesn't like. This shrimp was sprinkled with condiments to remove the smell, and the legs were crispy and easy to eat and delicious. If you finish the omakase, you can get a dessert or ochazuke as a service, so this time I chose ochazuke. Assorted pickles, salted kelp, sesame salt, and warm tea were prepared as a set, which was also very delicious. The salted kombu is also not shredded, but it has a square flavor, so it's delicious to eat as it is, so it's delicious when you eat it with ochazuke. Lol On the way back, I understood that the proprietress sent me off to the outside while the store was busy, and it was a very warm and thriving store. A friend who came to the store for the first time who came with me on the way home also praised it highly, so when should I go next time! I even made a promise for the next time. Lol If you want to eat kushikatsu in Minoh, I will continue to visit here. We will go again! ! thank you very much! !
I made an online reservation for Sunday lunch. Actually, it seems that they don't have Sunday lunch at the moment, so I got a call and went out of their way to open the store, and I had a meal with nine people, including a parent and child three generations baby. The kushikatsu was lightly coated and very easy to eat, and the different types of ingredients were delicious. We had a wonderful time and were treated very kindly. I definitely want to go eat there again.
