2023.05 revisited. This is Fugetsu Tsuruhashi. It's a chain store that has stores in quite a variety of locations. I feel like you can probably find it in any shopping mall you go to (I wonder if it's limited to Kansai). The staff will grill your okonomiyaki on the iron plate on your table. They always come at the right time. You can leave it to us with peace of mind. All dishes other than okonomiyaki (maybe) are cooked inside and brought to the iron plate at your table. While cooking okonomiyaki, the food brought to you will burn if you don't eat it quickly. I always think about it, but there's hardly any flour in Tsuruhashi Fugetsu's okonomiyaki. It takes quite a while for the okonomiyaki to be made. Personally, I recommend eating Tonpeiyaki and Yakisoba while waiting.

This is an okonomiyaki restaurant in Beaver World in Minoh Semba. This is a popular restaurant that originated in Osaka. We recommend the modern-yaki, which contains a lot of vegetables and the noodles are chewy and delicious. The clerk will bake it in front of you until the final completion.
