More Comments at Google MapMy friends and I dined at Nacha Honmachi Gohan in Osaka, and I must say, it was an unforgettable experience! We had Takoyakis with three different sauces. Each portion was simply delicious. The restaurant itself was small but incredibly cozy, with comfortable seating at the bar. The atmosphere was warm and inviting, perfect for a relaxing meal. Even though the menus were in Japanese, the hosts were extremely friendly and patient, going above and beyond to make our visit enjoyable. They made sure we understood the different options and helped us make our selections. Apart from being super friendly, they made an effort to get to know us. When we mentioned that we were from Georgia, a small country, they even knew about the famous Sumo wrestler Tochinoshin from Georgia! It was a pleasant surprise and made us feel even more welcomed. One of the best parts was the great value for money. The quality of the food was exceptional, and the prices were reasonable. We felt like we got a lot of delicious food for the price we paid, and it was worth every penny. Overall, I highly recommend Nacha Honmachi Gohan to anyone looking for a delightful Izakaya experience in Osaka. The simple yet delicious food, cozy atmosphere, and friendly hosts who went above and beyond to make our visit enjoyable were truly outstanding. It's a hidden gem that deserves five stars in every aspect!
I'm American. This is definitely a locals baseball bar (Go Buffaloes!). They basically serve booze and takoyaki. The manager is the sweetest person and loves talking nerdy stuff. Amazing and chill and the best takoyaki I had all trip (and I love me some takoyaki). If you're anywhere near, don't skip this bar!
Great little spot, very welcoming to tourists. Makes you feel right at home. Great staff and food. Big recommend!
