Yamadaya is famous for its delicious oden. This time I was invited by a business partner and visited for the first time. At first, I thought it was along the main street, so I wandered around without knowing the location, but when I looked for it, it was along the Hankyu railway on the opposite side. I made a reservation about a week in advance, so I was able to reserve a tatami room. There is a tatami room and a counter here, but the counter has a time limit of 2 hours, and the tatami room has no time limit and you can stay until 2 o'clock. I don't intend to stay that long, but I chose a table seat where four people can easily talk. The table seats are not of the horigotatsu type, but instead of sitting cross-legged with thin cushions pulled between the boards, so if you have trouble with your legs, we recommend sitting at the counter. By the way, there are many types of oden, and it's hard to decide which one to choose. There are two types of oden flavors: soup stock and miso. The miso flavor is just miso on the oden of the soup stock, so if there are people who are not good at red miso, I think it is better to order it with the soup stock and get red miso on a separate plate. I intended it to be light, but it was so delicious that I ordered the soup stock fried udon and oyakodon, and I went home full. Eat only this and it's around 3,000 yen per person. I can understand why it was full from the time I entered the store to the time I left. It was very delicious. It was a feast.
