I found a surprisingly delicious yakitori restaurant in a deserted shopping street in Idakano. Everything was well-cooked and juicy. The meatballs are served in the type that can be mixed with egg yolk. I thought the meatballs would be crumbly, but the coarsely ground chicken and pounded cartilage had a strong flavor. The chicken zosui is made with chicken soup and is rich and satisfying as a finishing touch.
