Kyoto, Japan｜Yuba Cheese Honpo

This fried yuba cheese item is one of the best things I ate in 5 days in Japan. So good. In fairness, I love a fried cheesy good and they do it so well. Not too oily in my opinion.

Yuba cheese was amazing snack after visiting the forest and monkeys! Easy to order on the machine, cash only. They can pack it Togo. Only thing is it’s oily and there are no napkins. Spent 1500 on the set of 4 sticks one of each variety.
