More Comments at Google MapThe inside of the store is small, but the ramen is thick and goes well with the soup, making it very delicious. The fried chicken was also super delicious ✨
This ramen shop is known for its slightly thick soup similar to matcha. The flavor was strong but not overpowering, and the noodles had a chewy texture that I liked. The ingredients were rich and overall I was satisfied. If you feel like the ramen alone is a bit on the small side, you may want to order a set that comes with rice or fried chicken. There were people in suits lining up, probably because local workers often come here for lunch, so there was a bit of a wait. However, since it's a ramen shop, the rotation is good, so the wait time wasn't as long as it looked. The interior of the restaurant and the cleanliness of the tableware are normal for a restaurant. I think it's a pretty neat ramen shop.
I went around 12:00 noon. Luckily, the wait time was short! First of all, when you eat the noodles, you can immediately taste the flavor. Creamy chicken and pork bone + seafood soup So delicious! ! Personally, I don't really like seafood, I got the impression that the ramen here had seafood in it as one of its umami flavors, so I really enjoyed it! Whipping the soup makes it easy to drink Is it happening? ? The char siu is also fragrant. It was grilled before being served. Of course the ramen is beautiful, but I got the impression that they put a lot of effort into the utensils, unlike the others! There are also several parking lots. You only have to line up once you have enough people! This is sure to be a repeat!
