Speaking of salt ramen, it's Shio Genshu!! ︎ I love this ramen shop so much that I want to say it (*´꒳`*)b⭐︎ When I entered the store on Saturday lunchtime, there were several groups waiting ahead of me. I wrote my name on the waiting list and waited for a while in the air-conditioned waiting room while looking at the menu. There are counter seats and table seats inside the store, and the counter seats are spacious and I was able to sit comfortably 😊 The free kimchi and garlic paste can be brought to you in a small plate as many times as you like by asking the staff. I ordered the Gyoza set (Natural salt ramen ¥810) + (Gyoza and white rice ¥250) and the C set (Natural salt ramen ¥810) + (Char mayo bowl ¥160). The noodles are a little flat, and the light salty soup with the scent of yuzu mixes with the noodles, making it really delicious (๑>◡<๑) Adding the free garlic paste makes it even more deliciousᕦ(ò_óˇ)ᕤ Although the gyoza was small in size, it was delicious with lots of garlic 😀 Char mayo bowl is delicious even if you eat it as is, but we recommend eating it with the free kimchi (*^ω^*)♡ I'm glad that the staff was so lively ٩(^‿^)۶

Light salt ramen and charmayo rice bowl were the best 😊
