When I got there around 11:30, there was already a line. Wait about 20 minutes before entering the store. When you enter the store, take a wet towel, chopsticks, and lotus to your seat. Water was self serve. Since it was my first time at Jiro, I ordered the average amount of noodles and everything better. After a while, the ramen in the picture came out. I was able to eat it all with plenty of room! I like seasoning, so I was able to eat it smoothly. This chashu is so juicy and delicious. The store clerk was also generous and I thought that I would like to go next time. Next time I want to challenge all mashimashi! !
