Izumiotsu, Osaka, Japan｜らーめん屋？ えびす

At first glance, a humble ramen shop was all I expected but I was blown away by the quality. I had the tonkotsu chashu ramen with garlic sauce and I suggest you try it as well. The broth was rich and flavorful, but not too much to stop me from finishing it. The chashu was perfectly tender and melted in my mouth. The noodles were cooked to perfection and I even asked for "kae-dama" (a second portion of noodles) which I rarely do. I expect to return here many more times before my time in Japan ends.

Best ramen I ever had

I entered the store on a Saturday night after waiting in line. I was surprised that the inside of the store was larger than I expected. The ramen is one of the most delicious in the Minami-Osaka area. I couldn't help but change the ball. Even though it's a ramen restaurant, is it a drinking party? It was a very unusual style, such as sitting and paying at the table.
