More Comments at Google MapEven though it was close to closing time, I was treated without a single unpleasant face. It was a young lady, but she listened to my order with a smile.
I chose Kibouken Black for 800 yen. The soup is a mixture of chicken stock and soy sauce, the noodles are flat square noodles, and the ingredients are grilled char siu, bean sprouts, and chopped green onions. I think that the umami of the dashi and the depth and saltiness of the kaeshi are well balanced. The noodles are a little cheap, but they have plenty of flavor and are chewy and go down well. It's a nice service with plenty of taste modulation seasonings on the table, seaweed and raw garlic. There is some chemical seasoning flavor, but it is a level that is not a problem. The inside of the store is cluttered with old posters that imitate a candy store, but it is hygienic, the corona measures are good, and the price is reasonable considering the additional services. It is ◎ with just the right amount of politeness. It's not rough at all for my personal taste, so I'll give it a total of 5 stars, the highest rating!
I went there for the first time. The parking lot was small and it was difficult to park, but the staff came out right away even though I didn't even ask and was very helpful. I ate tonkotsu ramen and fried rice, and the soup of the tonkotsu ramen was rich and strong, and the fried rice had a good lard taste, and it was as delicious as the tonkotsu ramen soup. All the staff members were full of energy and it was a pleasant store. I will go again.
