A ramen shop run by the owner of a yakitori restaurant. It becomes a habit (^^) The limited-time "Chimeira Ramen" is light and perfect for the hot summer (^o^)

I was curious after watching Shinoken's big eating video, so I decided to visit. I visited around 8pm, but I was able to enter the store without lining up, and the food was served very quickly after ordering. *Meal ticket system Although the inside of the store feels cluttered, it is well-organized, well-cleaned, and has a calming feel. The staff was very polite, asking questions such as, ``The rare char siu is half-cooked chicken, is that okay?'' and responding to my questions about the gluttonous menu. I ordered a set (ramen and rice bowl) for 1000 yen, 5 pieces of fried chicken for 400 yen, and a side dish for 50 yen. *No green onions as usual The ramen was very delicious with a rich white soup (I think?) that coated the noodles well. It was rich and deep, but it had a strange taste that passed smoothly down my throat without leaving a lingering taste in my mouth. The ``chicken rare char siu'' that is also used in the toridon is half-cooked and has a very chewy texture. And even though it's chicken, it has a strong flavor. As the ramen soup heated up, the texture changed and it was delicious. The fried chicken is bite-sized. I felt it was a bit lacking, but as you can see when you look at the cross section, you can see that it has a three-layered structure, or that it's rolled up, and the inside is filled with meat juice that overflows, so if you eat it in one bite, you'll get burned ( lol) This fried chicken is delicious. I personally give it a push. The seasoning was a little light, but the flavor of the chicken was strong and I couldn't stop eating it. I came here after watching a video of a big meal, so I had an image of ``quantity over quality'', but if anything, I had the impression that it was ``made with care'' and ``quality over quantity.'' The chicken bowl in the set was also mini-sized, so it might not be enough for big eaters. If you're going to eat a lot, we recommend adding extra noodles as the extra noodles in the set were 50 yen (normally 100 yen). There is a 1kg challenge menu as a big eating menu, so I would like to try that next time.
