Quite delicious. Ramen connoisseurs say it comes from the soup, but I've become so addicted to it that I taste it from the soup every time I order it. It goes great even when eaten with white rice and soup. The gyoza is small and the perfect amount makes you want more. 5 stars because you can eat it as a ramen set meal (I think it was about 1000 yen?)
