The soup stock is as usual, but I wonder if it's the flavor of the bonito. I really like it and it's delicious. I'm going to drink a lot of soup. The homemade noodles are still delicious, and I finished the whole soup in no time. I'd like to try salt soba and soy sauce tsukemen, but the problem is that I can't find the dates to do so. This is a store I wish was closer to home. End of June 2023: There was also information that they were serving salt soba for a limited time, so I decided to go for lunch. Of course I ordered a large portion. The soup is delicious with seafood and a good amount of salt. The homemade medium-thin straight noodles are delicious, and the chashu pork is soft and juicy, so no matter what you eat, it's delicious. I gulped down the soup, and in the end, I ate all the soup with only dead food. We are very sorry to inform you that it will be closed at the end of July.
