More Comments at Google MapMiso ramen using miso from Hokkaido, Shinshu, and Kagoshima. My recommendation is Shinshu miso. It smells good. Hokkaido also has a rich flavor. The char siu is also soft and has a nice aroma from being grilled. The store was clean and the staff responded quickly. I went at noon, so there were only two groups waiting, but I was able to get in right away. The shop's original seasonings are on the table. You can see the attention to detail in these areas as well. It was a delicious miso ramen.
I liked it (*´ω`*) I love miso ramen, but there isn't much of it in Kansai (;-;) I came across it by chance when I went to Sakai, so I decided to try it. He is picky about taste, I didn't really like miso ramen until now, She was delighted and said, "Miso ramen is so delicious!" (^^)w The woman who served us was also very polite ♪♪ I will be using this again! ・Hokkaido miso grilled char siu +C set (fried chicken, rice) ・Kyushu meat green onion ramen
A miso ramen specialty restaurant where everything on the menu includes miso. There are three types of miso ramen to choose from, starting with Hokkaido miso and ending with Kyushu miso, and it has been announced that one more type will be added from March 1, 2020, so it seems like there will be four types to choose from. For tasting, I chose Hokkaido miso, which seemed quite rich. When I ate it, I found that the ramen wasn't too salty or heavy and was very easy to eat. If you order butter, you will receive a huge piece of butter, so I highly recommend it.
