Sakai, Osaka, Japan｜麺や聰

A ramen place around 5 minutes from the Nankai Sakai station. Place is relatively clean for a ramen shop. I ordered their ajitama tonkotsu ramen and everything from the broth, noodle, egg, menma, nori and kikurage were to my liking. The owner is very friendly too. The only thing missing I think is the actual location since Sakai is getting less popular for living and it affects the businesses as well.

I visited on the way home from seeing the illuminations in Sakai. I chose from 2 types of soup. I chose soy sauce, and for an additional 150 yen, you can also have a bowl set. It was a late visit, but customers came one after another.

I ordered a soy sauce pork bone flavored egg. The medium-thin noodles are often entwined with the soup. The char siu is also simmering and has a taste. The fungus is crunchy and has a good texture. The soy sauce was a little spicy at the end, but overall I was satisfied. Unfortunately, the location is inconspicuous because it is in the place where you entered from the road. Everyone please look for it.
