I chose the rich pork bone soy sauce ramen for 880 yen. The soup is pork bone broth with soy sauce sauce, the noodles are straight, medium-thick square noodles, and the ingredients are pork ribs, spinach, boiled quail eggs, and seaweed. The thickness of the soup, the firmness of the noodles, and the oil were all normal. Although it has a rich umami and richness, it has no odor or unpleasant greasy taste. Well, the entanglement with the soup is perfect. The seasoning of the ingredients goes well with the soup and noodles, and the taste is impeccable. Even though you are full after eating, the taste is lingering. It can be said that it is a cup of different dimension from the ramen around here! I feel that the volume is enough and it is cheap. The reception of the proprietress is also amiable. The drawback is that there is no parking lot, the inside of the store is not dirty, but it is narrow and cluttered, and the stools are broken and it is difficult to sit (laughs), but it is a delicious ramen that offsets all of them.
