Itami, Hyogo, Japan｜Yokohama-iekei-Ramen Machidashoten (Itami-Nakano)

I lived in Yokohama for about 6 years when I was an office worker, and it was during that time that I became addicted to Iekei Ramen. I've eaten all kinds of authentic Iekei ramen including Sohonzan, but I couldn't find any Iekei ramen in Kansai that I was satisfied with. Meanwhile, this Machida Shoten is a chain store and is not what you would call "Iekei", but the taste is exactly the same as my favorite Iekei ramen! I'm happy to be able to enjoy this taste without having to go to Yokohama.

It was my first time visiting this store and it was very good! In particular, the soup had a strong flavor and the noodles were thick, making it very satisfying. (Personally, I recommend adding garlic!) The staff was so friendly that I decided to come again!

The guy at my part-time job today was really nice, so I'm going to write a review. I came in 30 minutes before closing and looked apologetic, but there was no such atmosphere at all and they let me in comfortably! Just barely! So, my part-time job is a godsend! If I ordered a lot, it would have taken about 15 minutes to make, but it ended up being about 50 minutes! 0:00 on the way at the last minute Last order though! Is that enough? That's what you asked me. Sorry for being late! That's what happened! The ramen was delicious, but the customer service was really good and it was the best ramen shop!
