This ramen shop is located in the food court after passing through the check-in gate of the south wing of Itami Airport and passing through the souvenir street, so you can only come across it by using AIR. Since it is in the food court, you must order and pay in advance to secure a seat. Just like in a mall food court, you will be given a device that will let you know when the food is ready, and you will have to wait at your seat for a while. A signboard that won the Bib Gourmand for three consecutive years was displayed. I have high expectations for this. The appearance is very cute. There is a signboard at the front listing the menu, but due to the coronavirus pandemic, it is a light menu. The image is of clam ramen salt. It looks very clear from the outside, but the soup stock from the clams is strong. , I didn't feel that the soup was thin, and it had a perfect balance, neither thick nor thin. It's salt, but it's more like clam soup than salt. wonderful! As expected from Bib Gourmand! Penetrates the body. And the topping, the tied kamaboko, is impressive and has just the right amount of elasticity. The three pieces of clams are a little small, but they are a good size and don't leave any hard parts in your mouth, making them soft and easy to eat. The larger chashu is pork, and the smaller one (three pieces) is chicken. From my experience, chicken chashu tends to be dry, but I guess it's just the right thickness, and although it's not juicy, it's easy to eat. No dryness. And the noodles are sparkling just like the picture. Given the name of the restaurant, I thought the barley would be an emphasis, but surprisingly it wasn't. It's smooth and delicious, but I think it can be called a soup spa. Also, the amount of noodles at this particular ramen restaurant is just right. Therefore, unless you have a strong appetite, I think you will be satisfied with the regular amount. (I am a small child who eats a little bit.) It's a gentle ramen that will reset your unhealthy lifestyle. I'm sure it's a healthy meal. Highly recommended.

I received the ``triple SOBA of dried sardines, clams, and chicken'' and the ``maze SOBA.'' The price is not cheap, but if you think about it inside the airport gate, it's like this. The flavor is strong, easy to understand and delicious! It feels like it's packed with dashi flavor. The noodles are thin and straight, similar to Chinese soba, and go well with the soup. Maze SOBA has thick, chewy noodles that are chewy and satisfying. Recommended for a transit meal.

Found it by chance at Itami Airport ANA Terminal! My favorite ramen shop in the world is not in Ginza but in Osaka😊 In one word, the taste is almost as delicious as the main store! From now on, when I use Itami Airport, my only choice will be ANA 💦
