The Chinese Dandan Noodles are indeed the signature dish, they are very rich and delicious. The main body is very similar to the double sauce dry noodles of mahjong + meat sauce, but the seasoning and ingredients are much richer, mixed with the aroma of cashew nuts, mixed with hot spring eggs and enjoyed, it is very delicious. However, it is a bit salty for Taiwanese tastes, so I will always add water. XD Overall, it is amazing. It is hard to imagine that this is Chinese cuisine.
