More Comments at Google MapI entered the store around 1:45pm and was able to be seated immediately. Pork bone soy sauce ramen and half fried rice. The dried sardines didn't come out too much and it was refreshing, but it had a strong flavor and was very delicious! With a new sensation of taste, it was perfect without being overwhelming. I enjoyed talking with the couple, so I gave it an ALL☆5! As a resident of Taisho Ward, I wanted to come again! Thank you for the meal~
I had soy sauce ramen on my first visit. The soup is transparent and the niboshi, which is the selling point of this shop, is very effective and the toppings such as bamboo shoots are well matched, and it was so delicious that I drank it until the end! It was a shop I would like to stop by if I have the opportunity to come to Osaka again!
Chinese soba with dried sardines and soy sauce is 800 yen. The soup is a mixture of fish and shellfish, which is the main ingredient of dried sardines, with a soy sauce sauce, and the noodles are almost straight square noodles. The umami of the dashi stock is mellow and fragrant, the oil and saltiness are moderate and gentle, and the overall combination is delicious. The dried sardines have a soft flavor, so even people who don't like it will be fine. There is no problem with in-store hygiene and corona countermeasures, the price is reasonable, and the shopkeeper's service is unfriendly, but polite, soft-spoken, and has a good impression. There is red pickled ginger and grated garlic on the table, but it's not necessary. The only thing I think is that the noodles are boiled too softly, but it's within my taste. It is a 5-star rating because there is no roughness and I am quite satisfied.
