More Comments at Google MapThis is another brand of Yume Yatai. I paid 990 yen for the extra-thick chicken plain soup (with flavored egg). The soup is of course made from chicken stock and topped with a soy sauce sauce, the noodles are loosely curled square noodles, and the ingredients are roasted pork slices, boiled eggs, menma, mizuna, and chopped onions. The dashi is mellow, and the adjustment is rich and mushy, but the oil and salt are just right, and the aroma is wonderful. The taste of the noodles and the degree of boiling are good, and the finish of the ingredients is perfect, making the entire bowl a delicious bowl of perfection. You can enjoy all the flavor of chicken. The taste modulating seasonings on the table are abundant and delicious. The hygiene inside the store is clean and ◎, and the price is reasonable and not expensive. I was left with a good impression of the staff, who were energetic, friendly, and attentive. Overall, there are no imperfections or flaws, so I'll give it the highest rating of 5 stars.
I went in to have lunch at a restaurant next to the Nishiyodogawa Post Office along National Route 2. I saw the words ramen in big letters and went in for lunch. I bought a meal ticket for Seafood Shibaitan Ramen and Thick Flavored Eggs from the ticket vending machine. The staff's customer service was outstanding with their attention to detail, and I felt that the inside of the store was very clean. The kapaitan ramen had a rich soup with curly noodles and was very delicious. I thought it was a good store in all respects!
This is a popular ramen shop located in Himesato, Nishiyodogawa Ward, Osaka City, next to the Nishiyodogawa Post Office. It seems that the main store is in Amagasaki. It seems to be part of the ``Yume Yatai'' stalls that are often seen in Osaka. There are only 10 counter seats inside the restaurant, and meal tickets are required. What I received this time was the restaurant's most recommended dish, the extremely rich chicken paitan rare char siu, which comes with a flavored egg for ¥1,250 and rice for ¥120. As expected, the soup is thick and thick, as you might expect from the name "Super Thick", and the specially ordered noodles lift the soup well as if they were specially made. No matter how rich it is, the pure chicken hot water soup, which uses plenty of Awaodori chicken from Tokushima Prefecture and is particular about water, is delicious and refreshing (^-^) What's most outstanding is the restaurant's special rare char siu. It's not a red rare with a lot of freshness, but a rare texture even though it looks completely cooked. And as you can imagine, it's about the same size as commercially available cutlet meat, and it has 6 slices of char siu that are folded up and have just the right amount of fat! We are particular about the flavored eggs, and the eggs are extremely soft and creamy♪ I'm so happy with the amount of rare pork siu that I think 1250 yen is a good deal (*^^*) If you were to ask me if the ramen as a whole was extremely delicious, I'd have a hard time answering, but if this is the case, I'd definitely go back. #Nishiyodogawa Ward, Osaka City #Himesato, Nishiyodogawa Ward # Along National Route 2 #Extra-thick chicken hot water ramen #Exquisite rare char siu #delicious flavored balls #The meal is going well #Ramen Stand R&R Nishiyodogawa Branch #No parking lot
