More Comments at Google MapIt's been a while since I got off at Tsukamoto Station, so I went to a new ramen shop in the battleground area. I had the shijimi salt ramen (boiled egg added). Shinjiko's soup stock made from red sea bream was very flavorful and had a nice finish, and I drank it all after half a second serving. The noodles were medium-thick, soft and curly, and had a chewy texture. The small plate on which the lizard shells are placed matches the astragalus holder. I like the small menu, and it was so delicious that I wanted to try the light soy sauce next time.
There are soy sauce and salt, but I prefer salt! The taste is irresistible for salt ramen lovers. This time, I also had the limited edition spicy char siu bowl. The char siew was well entwined with the tangy sauce and went well with the kimchi.
I visited at lunchtime. The store's logo is stylish, and the inside of the store is simple and clean. It was a delicious ramen that was light, gentle, and full of flavor. Of course, there is no heaviness in the stomach after meals. I'll visit you again.
